    Ako naman, I was never a big fan of tempura. Di ko maexplain kung bakit. Haha. Gusto ko lang tinitignan pero di ko sya masasabing favorite Japanese food ko. Mas gusto ko pa rin ang mga simpleng ebi furai.

    tip ko lang for a longer shrimp in the tempura, devein mo muna then make diagonal slits sa ilalim tapos pinch mo para humaba. be careful not to break the shrimp. then yung batter water w/ice cubes na lagay mo para super lamig kahit lublob mo daliri mo sa mantika hindi ka mapapaso. before cooking, dust...
