Ah, thanks for the correction, ady-san! Yeah, I realized she was of the shima-uta genre and not enka only after listening to a couple more songs. I like Hikawa Kiyoshi because he injects a bit of youth into enka -- I like Hikawa no Soran Bushi!!

According to Yui-san, someone in Kanjani sings enka. I forgot who it is. ^^;;. Must be interesting because the only young male I've heard sing enka is Hikawa Kiyoshi. Now we've got JE boys singing enka as well. Omoshiroi!
