I love the friendship these two share.
Since most people are going to post about their music, I'm just going to post some bits and pieces for fans. Btw, has anybody seen Tsubasa's new hairstyle for Venus? OMG. This is like his best hairstyle ever.
Just random bits:
Johnny promised Takki he would debut at the age of 20, and he did. With Tsubasa of course and the album was aptly titled "Hatachi" whcih means, the number twenty. In actuality, Tsubasa's a year older than Tackey but when they released their first album, he was still 20.
Apparently, they aren't that popular, as to what they believe to be when they debuted, according to record sales. Still, they're the MOST LOVED sempais in the fandom world because Takki's very close to the Jrs. Actually, during Takki's time as the Jrs. leader, all the Jrs. under him that time became so popular now (NewS, KAT-TUN, Kanjani8). Also, he's very sweet to his kouhais, often treating them to snacks/lunch/dinner.
Yamapi is the closest kouhai to both of them and according to some, Pi calls Tackey, "otou-san" and Tsubasa, "okaa-san". LOL. Though I don't know how he calls Tsubasa now after he changed his hairstyle.
Hmm... Tsubasa went a bit into depression during SHOCK. He's a bit of a perfectionist and sometimes overworks himself... 
According to my friend who's an old TnT fan, during their Jrs. days, before there was a Tackey & Tsubasa, Subaru (Kanjani8) was Takki's bestfriend. They're not as close now and Subaru used to be jealous of Tsubasa when Tackey & Tsubasa was formed and went into depression during that time. Aww...
Tackey dropped out of High School while Tsubasa finished High School.
They both drink and smoke (like about 80% of Japanese men) but Tackey drinks way too much. During his trip to Hawaii recently (last month) which he wrote about in his Jweb, he drank like 5 times a day. My friend and I think he might get liver cirrhosis one day. LOL. But yes, he can still maintain his WONDERFUL abs.
According to many fans who has seen them, once you see Tsubasa in person, they were so surprised at how MUCH better looking he is. Like completely HOT with TONS of sex appeal and that the pics don't do him justice. 
So something general:
Between the two, Tackey's the best in acting. Like seriously. He won several People's Choice (it's not really called that but it's when the viewers choose who should win) Best Actor Awards. Often times, the Best Actor goes to KimuTaku who, I think, won the Best Actor award for like 5 or 6 consecutive years and then Tackey came in.
Tsubasa's the best in dancing. You should really watch their concerts because he will seriously take your breath away. And even when he ero dances, he doesn't look ghei.
Ah yes, Tsubasa's style = SOOOO KAKKOI!
Meanwhile... Takki's style needs... uh... He needs Tsubasa's advice when it comes to dressing. LOL.
