All about V6 

V6 is a Japanese pop group under the management of Johnny & Associates. They debuted on November 1995 with CD-Single "Music for the People".

Because of the age differences among the members, the group was further separated into two:

20th Century

• Sakamoto Masayuki (24 July 1971)
• Nagano Hiroshi (9 October 1972)
• Inohara Yoshihiko (17 May 1976)

Coming Century

• Morita Go (20 February 1979)
• Miyake Ken (2 July 1979)
• Okada Junichi (18 November 1980)

Being an idol group, V6 does not only perform music, they also appear in TV doramas, plays, musicals, variety shows, radio programs and others. Shows currently airing are Viva Viva V6 and Gakkou e ikou (hosted as a group). They also have individual shows.

They sang the song Feel Your Breeze, which became popular in the Philippines when the dorama Gokusen was shown locally.

Other well-loved songs/singles are Ai no Melody, Change the World, Arigatou no Uta and Honey Beat.

They released 31 singles to date and 13 albums (as a group), and celebrated their 10th year anniversary in 2005 by holding concerts all over Japan.

Popular group V6 topped the latest Oricon album ranking on the 17th with their album "Voyager". Yoshihiko Inohara of V6 and actress Asaka Seto are getting married, it was revealed on Friday. Wanting to inform his fans first, Inohara made the announcement in front of a crowd of 12,000 in Tokyo, during the first concert of their current tour.

After the show, Inohara and Seto held a press conference. They first met in 1995, when Inohara appeared in the NTV drama series, "Owaranai Natsu," which starred Seto. They started out as friends but gradually become lovers. At one point, they broke up, but they happened to meet again five years later at a friend's Christmas party in 2004. According to them, it felt like fate, and they got back together.

On September 11 of last year, Seto and Inohara had visited her home and were driving back to Tokyo when Inohara proposed. Seto, who was driving at the time, said she was so surprised that she doesn't remember how she responded.

The two are already living together, and they plan to submit their marriage registration within the next few days. At the press conference, Seto showed her diamond ring, weighing roughly 2.8 carats.

^ Dou itashimashite, Lara-san! Gusto ko rin talaga yang pics na yan, nakakatuwa. Parang pop version ng GLAY...wala lang, hehe. One of the few JE groups I like...Iba kasi ung quality ng boses nila, not like other groups. Basta, there's something about how their voices blend with one another. Medyo panggulo lang si Morita Go! Hehehe. Favorite ko pa rin siya na actor.

Pop group V6 releases its latest single, way of life (Lyrics by Shihomi, music by Hiroo Yamaguchi and arrangement by h-wonder). way of life is the theme song of the drama series, SP, starring V6 member Okada Junichi. 

V6 will release a new single entitled, 'Light in Your Heart/Swing' on September 17, 2008   ^___^
