    I like the quality of her voice, throaty but not too deep na parang lalaki na. Hehe. But sometimes, she sounds like a Japanese girl, you know, high-pitched and whiny. But I guess it's her way of fitting into J-music, not being too foreign, not being too familiar...if I'm making sense Stick out tongue

    New Album - Today

    Well it hasn't been officially announced as of yet but Wikipedia as well as Play-asia.com confirmed a new album to be released on September 19th! Not only have these two sources stated this but Angela's Diary has been talking about her new album for quite some time.

    According to Wikipedia/wiki.theppn the album is entitled "TODAY" whether or not this includes her previously released song from the Kokoro no Senshi single of the same title is yet to be seen. Sakurairo, Kodoku no Kakera, Tashika ni, and Again [http://youtube.com/watch?v=I0D5kh-Fq-8] are the only tracks that seem to be "confirmed" as of now. I would think On&On would be added since it was a movie tie in as well.

    The Limited Edition will come with a DVD of all 3 of the PVs from her recent singles, making of and a live version of Sakurairo from a live!

    Following the drama theme song "Kodoku no Kakera," Angela Aki quickly returns for yet another new single, titled たしかに (Tashika ni), to be released on 2007.7.11. The title track is to be used as the new au LISMO CM song.

    meron n pla thread ang kakambal ko d2,lahat halos ng songs nya like ko,try nyo listen un "this love",and the themesong from final fantasy "kiss me goodbye"

    This Love and Kiss me Goodbye are love <3   Siyempre nagustuhan ko si Angela Aki dahil sa Kiss me Goodbye dahil soundtrack nga ng Final Fantasy XII ^_^  FF Love <3

    My fave song of hers is Sakurairo ^_^  ang ganda-ganda talaga ^_^   maganda rin yung version niya ng Eyes On Me (FF8 soundtrack)  pero sorry to say, mas maganda parin yung version ni Faye Wong ^^

    Para sa akin, si Angela Aki ang Lisa Loeb ng Japan. Idol na idol ko si Lisa Loeb nung high school pa ako, and Angela reminds me of her.^_^

    una ko siya nadinig/ nakita, kung di dun sa pinapalabas ng nhk every new yr, dun sa music station super live last yr.. tpos minsan sa music japan sa nhk.. tpos nung nadinig ko ung 'this love' nia sa blood+, nagustuhan ko na!  ang galing galing nia mag-piano..!! idol.. ^__^

    napanood ko din sya sa music japan.. grabe... super! fave song ko nya ung Ai no Uta... galing pa ng hugot ng boses.... music wise, ala Lisa Loeb nga... pero hugot ng boses, Sarah McLachlan... sweet~~~

    I've been listening to her for quite some time now, since I've heard her performing the song "Home" in one of NHK's music show (Pop Jam ata) and yes, the Final Fantasy XII ending song has both English and Japanese versions Big Smile

     

    to Lady-Rinoa-san: sa HMV store sa Singapore, when I was there, yung album niyang "Today" is #1 in their Top 20 Japanese/Korean Album hits. Tapos me special price pa (cheaper) since pasok siya sa Top 20. They are also recommending it as a good Christmas gift Big Smile
