Alam nyo pala yung junk food na Tempura? Yung Regent ata ang may gawa. Yung pic dun, di naman tempura yun eh. Ebi furai yon. Hehe, la lang.

Ang ebi furai, hindi batter ang ginagamit. Breadcrumbs lang. Mas gusto ko yun, ewan ko kung bakit. Hehe. Pero parehong deep fried.

Tsaka mas matagal syang crunchy kesa sa tempura. Yung tempura kasi, dapat kainin agad di ba? Pag pinatagal mo, di na masarap kasi malambot na yung batter.
