Waaahhh... i saw the dvd of this movie sa may pavilion mall and they were selling it for P125.00 Sabi nila original copy daw but i doubted it kasi nga because of the price. May gold sticker pa nga sya na may nakalagay na original. Tapos, just last night while browsing sa net( e-bay.ph ata un) i saw the same dvd and they were selling it for P399.00! huhuhu.. para tuloy bigla akong nagsisi.. gusto ko pa nmn mapanuod to cuz of nino...asar talaga...

pinanuod namin ng tatay ko to nung Sunday sa cable ^_^  waaaah.  hindi ako mahilig sa war movies pero for the love of Nino eh tinapos ko xa ^_^  

I actually watched this last year pero it left a very distinct mark on my mine. First, kse when I sent a copy of this to a friend of mine in the US (caucasian sya) I had a hard time trying to make her understand the emotions behind the film...kse hirap syang intindihin yung concept ng mindless obedience and ultimate sacrifice of the soldiers. Yun bang they would stick to their duty kahit na their officer was telling them to escape...And second, I don't know pero I really like the emotions and distinctly Japanese feel of the film..plus, I love Ken Watanabe..

It was great that they managed to retain the "Japanese-ness" of the film. You'd think it was a true blue Nihonjin who directed the film. Totally loved the movie, but I probably would not watch this again. Naaapektuhan ako masyado e.

Ninomiya is one of the handful JE people who can really act. If it were a different JE actor, I doubt that he (whoever he is) will do justice to the role.

As far as I know, Nino is the only one from JE who can act! Sorry to say this but besides him, everyone's just a pretty face. XD Ang sama ko b? ^_^ v *peace* 

^ Hahaha, let the flaming begin! I-categorize natin. Younger generations of JE siguro. Kasi people like Kimura Takuya and Nagase are actually good actors. Pero dun sa batch ni Nino...yun na.

Ahh! Yeah!! I forgot abt Kimura Takuya and Katori Shingo! They're very good! And also Nagase! haha.. Tama kayo! Ung younger generation nga! Mejo old na sina KimuTaku eh. XD
