Im practicing aikido sa Philippine Heart Center ( PHC Aikido Club). though halos one month na ko di nakakalaro uli. hehe :)

ako po ako po!! nag aikido ako nung elementary ako.. hanggang violet belt lang ang narating ko at gusto ko na ulet matuto. hehe! san po ba may malapit na gym/dojo??

Buti ka pa naka-violet belt. Anong level yun? Ako kasi hanggang white lang eh. Hehe. Summer class siya.

Siguro mas prefer mo sa Makati ang class mo para after work?

Naku wigent-niisama, 2nd level lang po yun. Haha! Kasunod ng white. Hehehe!! Pero opo, mas ok sana kung sa Makati. n___n

Just in case anyone is interested, please do tell me. I used to practice aikido two years ago but then I became very busy with work. The class is usually held in Cubao, near Arayat market, and sensei is a Filipino. He is very good in terms of form since there are many variants of aikido.
Females are encouraged to join. It is actually not a harmful art but it does give quite a pain kasi me mga break falls, rolling, stretching. Saka hindi siya competitive. Kung meron pong interested na manood ng practice before enrolling, pwede po para ma-meet nyo si Sensei Bong and get an idea of the class and the rates of the lessons.

Tapos baka pwede pa makausap yung Japanese instructor na kaibigan ni Sensei, si Kojiro sensei who also teaches aikido and karate.

how about a school near in south triangle QC po sir? meron po ba?
