In a recent concert at Sapporo Dome on the 4th, Yoshida Miwa announced to an audience of 40,000 fans that there will be a third “Mirai Yosouzu” and the film is expected for an October 6th release.

Goromi recently posted on J!-ENT earlier this year about the second film. Goromi wrote, “From women in their twenties to women in their forties, they have probably sung Dorikamu’s “Mirai Yosouzu II” at karaoke at least once. The song talks about a young couple who promise each other that they will keep living for the moment and their feelings will never change. Even 18 years after its release date, it is a very popular song that is sung at weddings.”

“Using that pure love story as a base, this fall the movie “Mirai Yosouzu” will be released in theaters. In the fall of 2004, one of Shochiku’s producers, Kobayashi heard the song on the radio and the idea of a movie dawned on him.”

With that, they brought talks with DREAMS COME TRUE about the movie last January and in July the members Yoshida Miwa(41) and Nakamura Masato(48) gave the okay.

“The lead actress would have to portray the main character at various times in her life: in her past (age 20), the present (age 25) and the future (age 30). Because of her maturity and her role as a 26 year old heroine in the Fuji TV drama, “Koi ni Ochitara” when she was only 18 in real life, Matsushita was picked.”

“The male role that would be her boyfriend has not been decided yet and auditions are still being held. The theme songs for the movie will be “Mirai Yosouzu II” and “Mirai Yosouzu”, and Dorikamu’s own Nakamura will be the music supervisor for the movie. “To see a Dorikamu song that I love so much become a movie and the fact that I will be starring in it is like a dream,” said Matsushita.”

 Visual director Sueda Ken died last Wednesday of germinoma, a tumor of the brain, it was revealed yesterday. He was just 33. His death was announced by the management agency of pop group Dreams Come True, as Sueda was the common-law husband of vocalist Yoshida Miwa (42) and he directed many of the group's videos.

The couple married in May 2004 but never registered their marriage. Though Sueda had been undergoing treatment for some time, his condition took a turn for the worse just as DCT started a concert tour in early August. Despite the busy concert schedule, Yoshida spent every free moment at her husband's side until the tour ended on September 23.

Her musical partner Nakamura Masato (49) described on his blog how Sueda has made her promise to give her all on stage no matter what happened offstage. DCT's new single "A-i-shi-te-ru no Sain" goes on sale this week and the group are currently recording an album due for release in December. But Nakamura says he will wait until Yoshida is ready to sing again before taking on any kind of PR engagements.

Following the steps of their friend B'z, J-Pop duo DREAMS COME TRUE will also be releasing their new album, currently untitled, on 2007.12.5. The album will include their singles "Moshimo Yuki Nara/Kyou Dake wa," "Osaka LOVER," "Kimi ni Shika Kikoenai," and the upcoming "A.i.shi.te.ru. no Sign ~Watashitachi no Mirai Yosouzu~" for a total of 14 tracks.

Popular duo DREAMS COME TRUE will sing the theme song of the new "One Piece" movie, it was learned on Wednesday.

Due out in March, "One Piece: Episode of Chopper Plus" is the ninth film in the popular franchise. It includes new characters and scenes not seen in the original story.

As a fan of DCT, mangaka Eiichiro Oda asked them to provide a song. The two musicians, also fans of "One Piece," accepted the offer.

The song, titled "Mata ne," is written by DCT member Miwa Yoshida. Because the movie opens in March, she wrote the lyrics with the school graduation season in mind. According to a suggestion from Oda, the song's chorus includes children singing.

"Mata ne" appears on DCT's new album "AND I LOVE YOU," which goes on sale December 12.  Tokyograph

Having recently released a new album, DREAMS COME TRUE will be returning early in 2008 with a new single to be released on February 27th. The single is titled またね featuring ルフィ,ゾロ,ナミ,ウソップ,サンジ,チョッパー,ロビン,フランキー,ヒルルク,くれは (Mata ne featuring Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, Robin, Franky, Hiruluk, Kureha), and is used as the theme song of the 2008 ONE PIECE movie--"Episode of Chopper+ Fuyu ni Saki, Kiseki no Sakura," and as the title suggests, features the characters of the movie.

The song itself is already included in their new album "AND I LOVE YOU," but the single includes two new versions. The coupling of the single is a different version of the song "CARNAVAL," also included on their new album.

This is just one of the reasons why I like Wada Akiko. Also, Yoshida-san put on a brave front when Dorikamu performed on New Year's Eve. It must be hard on her, but she did her best ^_^

Yoshida Miwa (42) hasn’t been in the public eye so much since the death of her husband Sueda Takeshi back in September but it was announced that DREAMS COME TRUE would perform at Kouhaku Uta Gassen on New Year’s Eve, a lot of people and fans have wondered how the singer has been doing.

Back in October, fellow bandmate showed concern posting on the official website that Yoshida puts on a brave face but is not ready to perform in front of people.

Sueda and Yoshida have announced their marriage back in May of 2004 but never entered the family register.

Sueda’s condition worsened around August but insisted that Yoshida Miwa continue her concert tour with DREAMS COME TRUE but after each concert, spent each time at her husband’s side.

Sueda Ken is a director and is known for his work for directing the music videos for Dreams Come True, EXILE, Hamasaki Ayumi and Byon Hon.
