Japanese Speaking Technical Support Representatives


Qualifications:
- University degree preferably on Computer Applications, ECE, COE or an equivalent experience in troubleshooting email and internet connection
- Previous call center / IT support experience preferred, but not required
- Familiar with email and internet connectivity
- Basic networking skills is a plus
