Matsushima Nanako (Jinno Sakurako) grew up in a very poor family and is thus determined to marry a rich man so that she will never have to go through poverty ever again, and is named the "gokon queen" in her quest to find her man. Tsutsumi Shinichi (Nakahara Osuke)is a brilliant academic (Fields prize winner - Nobel Prize equivalent in Mathematics) who gave up his studies to take over his deceased father's fish-shop. They meet through a doctor's "gokon" (group date) and she falls in love with him under the mistaken assumption that he is a very rich man...

<FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2>This dorama is okay though I did not find any major chemistry between Nanako and Masha. It really gives one a closer view of how stories and newsrooms operate and the human drama. Ewan lang if dito sa Philippines ganyan din.

I like this because the theme is so real. There are really people like Sakurako who look for guys who are rich and will be ready to dump the present BF for the next rich thing. Sad, but true. [:(]

this is currently being shown on qtv11 at abt 1:30pm. so far, di ko pa ma grasp ang story but more or less, i get the scenario. i haven't watched the whole thing yet.


pls correct me if i'm wrong ... maybe, gigi san is kinda mixed-up with perfect woman and love revolution w/c is also aired at qtv11 right after the former.love revolution centers on theromanceof the doctor anda broadcast reporter. tama po kaya ako?bec sometimes, i'm gettingconfused too.:)

Well, in Yamato Nadeshiko, Matsushima Nanako plays a stewardess named Sakurako...and opposite her is Oosuke, a guy who owns a fish shop and who is pretending to be a rich doctor. :)


Love Revolution...this is an OK drama. I mean, anything that has Fujiki Naohito is OK by my standards. :Y:p
