AKB48

AKB48 is an all-female Japanese theater/idol group produced by Akimoto Yasushi. AKB48 currently consists of 48 members divided into three teams: Team A, Team K and Team B. Each group contains 16 members.


The group has their own theatre in Akihabara
(a district in Tokyo) where they perform once every weekday, and twice
on both Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are 2000yen for men, and 1000yen
for women and children. The special prices for Himawari-gumi shows are
fixed at 3000yen for men, and 2000yen for women and children.


So far, they have released five singles - two under an indies label,
and three under the major label DefSTAR Records - two unit singles, six
albums, six DVDs and four photobooks.


Four subgroups or 'units' have been created so far;


Oshima Yuko, Kojima Haruna, Ono Erena, Noro Kayo, Minegishi Minami, Atsuko Maeda, and Kasai Tomomi will be in a movie called Densen Uta with actor Ryuhei Matsuda. Goi Michiko? will be singing the theme song 'Boku no Hana' for the movie. Recently, 18 new members have been added to the group as AKB48 SEED. With girls taking lessons and appearing in the background for a possible chance to join the main group.


While they have been working separately until now, Team A and Team K will be teaming up (along with four members from AKB48 SEED) in July to perform regularly as Himawari-gumi.

I was browsing through the net in an attempt to broaden my jmusic arsenal when i found this group (sa esnips ko sila napakinggan actually ^___^).

I was quite intrigued of their voices so I searched for some of their videos on Youtube. After I finished one I was like "What did I just saw? Was that a group of girls singing in a open field?"

I said group in a sense that there were not only 4 members or 5 or 6 but 48!!!!

Yes, you read that right. 48. Whew! Their fans should have a hard time memorizing their names.

It's funny because watching their pv reminded me of a typical Filipino comedy movies back in the 90's (you know, in the midst of their problems, the whole cast of a movie would just go at a beach and do a song and dance number ^___^). But don't get me wrong. I love that formula.

So what can I say about their music? Well, they are okay for me. Catchy tunes and all the pop song traits could get.

But I still found their music a little "girly" (Hahaha do I really have to type that, well of course their music is a bit "girly" because they are all girls! 48 strong!)

Some of their members though appeared in several movies. I found one movie-forum here (/forums/p/1528/7886.aspx#7886).

I really don't have anything to say, so till here for now! Ja!

Napakinggan ko rin sila and saw one of their PV. Siguro ang kaibahan nila sa AKB48 ay mas "mature" ang momusu. Di ko alam kung bakit pero ang dating sakin ng AKB48 ay mga tweens pa lang sila whereas ang Morning Musume naman parang mga college girls na.

I haven't heard them sing. I'm thinking they're not much different from all the other idol groups -- but certainly not on the same level as Morning Musume (but I'm not a MoMusu fan). Masyado silang marami, ang hirap nila tandaan.

Parang di pa sila ganun ka-sikat sa Japan, and are still not mainstream, mostly catering to the Akihabara crowd (but correct me if I'm wrong). Regarding the report about them appearing for the first time in this year's Kouhaku Utagassen, marami ang nagsabing di pa nga daw nakakarecover sa ratings, lalo pang bababa with the inclusion of AKB48. Meron namang nagsabi sa forums, sino daw ba ang AKB48.

<SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Trebuchet MS">DefSTAR Records recently announced a promotional campaign for "Sakura no Hanabiratachi 2008," the new single from idol unit AKB48. Those buying the single received a poster, randomly selected from 44 different ones, each featuring a member of the group. Any fan who collected all 44 posters would be able to attend a special AKB48 concert.

The campaign attracted a lot of criticism from fans, with some likening the campaign to a scam. On Thursday, DefSTAR updated its website to announce that the special concert has been canceled, due to concerns that the campaign may actually be in violation of laws regarding fair business practices.

The label apologized to fans and stated that they will be accepting returns, starting on Monday.

Ayaka Kikuchi, 15, who is a member of the pop group AKB48, was fired from the group on Thursday according to her management agency.

A private online community site run by Kikuchi and her friends had been hacked and “Purikura” photographs picturing her with her boyfriend distributed over the internet. Her management agency said Kikuchi had been fired because of her “immature behavior”.

Manami Oku (http://www.tokyograph.com/info/Manami_Oku) (13), the youngest member of AKB48 (http://www.tokyograph.com/info/AKB48)'s Team K, is currently taking a break from performances due to pains in her knees. Her condition was announced during a Team K show on Monday.

Oku is suffering from the common Osgood-Schlatter disease (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osgood-Schlatter_disease), a growth-related condition that generally affects children who are active in sports and other physical activities. Due to her dancing as part of AKB48, Oku was susceptible to the disorder.

According to her doctor, Oku should be able to return to performing after about a month of rest. Details about her comeback will be announced in the future through the group's official site.

This weekend, AKB48 (http://www.tokyograph.com/info/AKB48) performed three concerts at the Nippon Budokan. At the end of the third show, it was unexpectedly announced that the rosters of the group's three teams are being shuffled. The changes include the addition of twelve kenkyuusei members and the transfer of four members to SDN48.

The three captains will be Minami Takahashi (http://www.tokyograph.com/info/Minami_Takahashi) (Team A), Sayaka Akimoto (http://www.tokyograph.com/info/Sayaka_Akimoto) (Team K), and Yuki Kashiwagi (http://www.tokyograph.com/info/Yuki_Kashiwagi) (Team B). Teams A and K will have a total of 17 members each, while Team B will have 16.

AKB48's new team lineups will officially take effect in October. The group also repeated the announcement that they have scheduled some overseas concerts. They will perform twice in NYC -- a mini-concert within NYAF at Jacob Javits Center on September 26, followred by a question&answer and autograph signing, and one free, full-length concert at Webster Hall on September 27.

Watarirouka Hashiritai, the four-member sub-unit of idol project AKB48, is set to release their third single on November 11, titled "Kanpeki Gu~ no ne." It has now been revealed that one of the songs on the single is getting a tie-in with an online role-playing game.

The song, called "Bouken Et Cetera," will serve as the theme of Grand Fantasia, a game developed by EASYFUN Entertainment Corp. and licensed to Aeria Inc. In addition, a limited edition of the "Kanpeki Gu~ no ne" single is being released, featuring jacket art with the group's members in cartoon form, plus a ticket for a premium in-game item. There will also be in-game avatars for the collaboration, as well as a lottery for Grand Fantasia players to attend a special event with Watarirouka Hashiritai.

Besides the Grand Fantasia limited edition, the "Kanpeki Gu~ no ne" single is also being sold in a regular edition, a "regular" limited edition, and a FAIRY TAIL limited edition (the title song is the ending theme of the "FAIRY TAIL" anime series).

AKB48 Become College Professors?

The idol group AKB48 hosts a regularly broadcast TV documentary/variety show called 'AKB48ネ申[nemosu]TV Season 3'. Recently as part of the program, Oshima Yuko, Sashihara Rino, Noro Kayo and Miyazaki Miho each became 'professors' and gave special lectures to 500 students of Meiji University.

At first the four members were tricked into thinking they will be filming video footage to be included as a bonus for the TV program's DVD. They were told to each give their own unique lessons at a studio with no spectators. The unsuspecting members got on a van that they believed would take them to the 'studio'. Instead it stopped in front of the prestigious Meiji University. That was when they were finally told they won't be filming any bonus footage, and instead will give lectures to college students. They were taken to the university's largest auditorium that was packed with 500 students. Needless to say the members all looked extremely nervous. Among the four, Sashihara, who is famous for being an avid idol fan herself, seemed to have come up with a secret plan for her lesson about 'wotagei'. ['Wotagei/otagei; ヲタ/オタ芸' are various types of dances/chants/songs performed by enthusiastic idol fans during concerts and live events.] Can the members successfully give meaningful lectures? AKB48 to play yankees in TV Tokyo drama



Idol group AKB48 will star in a TV Tokyo drama series this winter. Titled "Majisuka Gakuen," the show was planned and written by AKB48 producer Yasushi Akimoto.

The drama will revolve around adolescent "yankees," or delinquents. Although all of AKB48's members are planned to appear on the show, the main character will be Atsuko Maeda (18), who was voted #1 by fans in the group's "senbatsu" election earlier this year. Maeda has already acted in multiple films and dramas, and was recently announced as a cast member in NHK's 2010 taiga drama "Ryomaden," playing a niece of protagonist Sakamoto Ryoma (Masaharu Fukuyama).

"Majisuka Gakuen" will air in TV Tokyo's "Drama 24" time slot (Friday nights at 12:12am). The show premieres on January 8. The official website has already opened.

AKB48 Raises 11.61 Million Yen at Charity Auction

Idol group AKB48 auctioned off 134 personal belongings at an auction website for mobile phone users and raised 11.61 million yen (128,371 dollars). All the money will be donated to [broadcasting station] NHK's Year End charity fund. On December 16th the members Takahashi Minami, Oshima Yuko and Kojima Haruna visited NHK to give 6.15 million yen (68,000 dollars) that was raised by December 14th.

The charity auction was held for about a month starting from November 9th. Each member put 2 or more personal items on auction. Team A's Maeda Atsuko for instance submitted a stole (shawl), T-shirt and hat while Team K's Oshima Yuko gave away a cap and necktie which were souvenirs from the group's concert in New York.

I am a fan of AKB48, but to tell you the truth before i became a fan i was overwhelmed by their number.

I see them on and off on different websites, sometimes i download their pics and some videos. Until something hit me out of the blue....

youtube featured one of their TV shows (the old AKB 0ji 59fun show which is now named AKBingo! sa NihonTV) yung Iromoea Cosplay Battle. Each girls cosplays and try to "attract" 5 men who have siren lights on their heads. if the lights go on and she successfully makes all 5 lights go up, she wins a 10,000 Yen food coupon to a popular restaurant.

it was funny as hell and from there i became an AKB48 wota.

I have bought lots of items from them already as of this date. mostly photobooks ng most popular member Atsuko Maeda (Acchan) and others like Haruna Kojima and Yuki Kashiwagi. I also have their music cds which i play from time to time. But my favorite are the pictures in collaboration with B.L.T. magazine (Beautiful Lady and Television). optimistically speaking, hehe... yung number 48 is supposedly the number they are supposed to achieve as a total. So that will be teams A plus team B plus team K. Kaso since they have graduations or sometimes may member na hindi na kaya ang load ng appearances sa shows - nabubungi number nila sometimes.

Now, medyo sakto na total count nila like this last concert sa Budokan (on the concert spot promotion ng research students) because of the heavy load also on the shows, I guess Akimoto Yasushi is trying to prevent na may girls na magquit because of too much stress hence the promotions for the other girls to help carry the responsibility of performing regularly sa theater.

Count right now is Team A = 17, Team K = 17, Team B = 15. so total is 49.

Eto na pangpahilo (ng konti), since they have a separate team sa Nagoya (SKE48) and a "for mature men" group (SDN48) - if you will take the term AKB as a franchise, the total number is 104. Kaya ang concert nila sa Budokan had the name AKB104 Sokaku Matsuri because of their sheer number.


Ok.. i hope hindi ka pa nahilo kse im about to go into the subgroups. pero the good thing is much easier to understand ang subgroups.

Performance.. hmm touchy subject.. ang subject na pinagaawayan naming mga AKB fans since each fan have their own oshimen.. but here is the gist.

Front girls - since from the start the management already picked who will be the girls to represent AKB MOST OF THE TIME. So you will have a select number of girls usually mga nasa 7-10 members. they are the ones who get the screen time and most of the time get to act out dramas sa PV and appear sa TV shows. (Acchan, Haruna, Yuko, Takamina, etc.) These girls are the permanent face ng AKB.

now since we are done with the front girls, sino naman yung ibang girls na included sa PV and shows. well they pick the others sa sukat ng popularity. since they are idols that people can meet they can somewhat estimate how each girl is popular sa haba ng pila ng gusto makipagshake hands sa kanila in the theater and live appearances.

i pity the new girl who has no fans to shake her hand...

some exemptions: for the PV na Iiwake Maybe, there came the Senbatsu Election where fans actually voted via official fan club membership kung sino ang gusto nila magappear sa PV. So those who were in the Top #1-20 or 21 got to be in the PV. Now merong bottom 9-10 na girls (#21-30), sila naman napili for the PV Tobenai Agehachou. These bottom ranked girls were known as the UnderGirls. Anything beyong the number 30 no chance in hell maisama sa PV ehehehe

for Namida Surprise and RIVER hindi nila sinunod ang election. They might not have another one for this coming single since they already started filming the PV and the song itself.

AKB48 Idol Group Gets Spinoff Offers in 6 Countries

The Yomiuri Shimbun paper's website reports that Yasushi Akimoto, the producer and songwriter of the Japanese female idol group AKB48, is entertaining offers for spinoff groups from seven television stations and production companies in six countries. The six countries include Thailand, Singapore, China, and Italy.

According to the website, Akimoto believes that "the era of imitating the West is over. Now we export Japanese culture." The seven companies want to license the rights to localize AKB48's concept and format in their respective countries. In particular, the proposed spinoffs would each have a theater of its own (like AKB48 has in Tokyo's Akihabara otaku shopping district), 48 members and a name that ends with "48," costumes modeled after high school uniforms, and songs written by Akimoto.

AKB48 performed theme songs for the Deltora Quest and ICE anime projects. The contemporary artist and occasional anime creator Takashi Murakami illustrated the jacket for the AKB48 idol group's June 24 single, "Namida Surprise!" In return, AKB48 producer Yasushi Akimoto wrote the lyrics for the "First Love" tie-in song for Murakami's "Superflat First Love" anime short. Members of the group have made appearances in New York Anime Festival in the United States and Japan Expo in France.

In a separate development, Beckii Cruel, the 14-year-old British dancer who rose to Internet fame in Japan by dancing to anime songs in net videos, is making her first appearances in a manga and a Japanese television program on Wednesday. The dancer appeared in Hideo Nishimoto's Mō, Shimasen Kara non-fiction manga in this year's sixth issue of Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine. The manga installment reports on her first sightseeing trip to Tokyo's traditional Asakusa neighborhood. @fantasy-san - haha ako i'll just be honest, hindi ko nagustuhan nung unang preview ang sakura no shiori. :P

but when i started watching Majisuka Gakuen (see the TV and Movies subforum, i posted it), nakita ko kung bakit iyon ang mismong single na pinili nila. bukod sa ending song siya ng show, it is a complimentary contrast theme sa mga group of yankis doing nothing but making trouble. the message of sakura no shiori is graduating with your friends and remembering all the fun times you had with each other.

well another 6K plus more and 300K na sila. for sure na iyon i believe. the question is what sales number can they achieve by the time Mid-March comes.

^ahehhee medyo malaki ba hiro-san? gomen. kasi when i hardsubbed na yung .SRT subs lumaki bigla yung file mismo during the process of conversion. i have no idea ano nangyari sa settings ko :001_tt2:

kung 1mbps ang connection mo dapat kaya na iyan per file at around 30-45 mins per file. so that means mga 2 hours - 2 hours plus tapos mo na madownload at least isang buong episode :)

AKB48 Making History With Their New Single Even Before the Release?!

On May 26th AKB48 will be releasing their 16th single "Ponytail to Shu Shu (*Shu Shu=Scrunchie)" and the first press edition will be available for 500,000 copies, which is a phenomenal number for the current "CD recession". All the while the member's popularity ranking is still going on until May 25th 0 o'clock the day before the release.

The voting count, which will be published on June 9th is very likely to boost the sales even more. With the titles song, and another three songs, the whole CD comes up to a total of six songs, while the cover pictures show the group members in swimming suits during their photo shooting in Guam. The first press edition also includes a voting card for the "AKB48 17th Single Election."

Also, according to TOWER RECORDS pre-orders have already exceeded 10,000 copies of the new release and it one should certainly keep an eye on the girls and to the point they will be able to sell!

D-BOYS' Araki co-stars with AKB48's Kikuchi, Nakagawa in suspense film


D-BOYS member Hirofumi Araki (26) will star in a new movie with AKB48 members Ayaka Kikuchi (16) and Haruka Nakagawa (18). The film is titled "X Game" (read as "Batsu Game") and is based on the suspense novel of the same name by writer Yusuke Yamada.

The book has sold more than half a million copies so far. In the story, a college student named Hideaki (played by Araki) attends a class reunion, and soon strange events begin happening around him, including a teacher's suicide and the discovery of a body of a missing classmate. It all seems to trace back to a former classmate who was bullied and is now seeking revenge.

Kikuchi will play the part of Hideaki's girlfriend Rikako, while Nakagawa has been cast as Hideaki's first love from his elementary school days. Other cast members include Shingo Tsurumi (45) and Kazuyuki Aijima (48).

"X Game" is being directed by Yohei Fukuda. Theatrical release is planned for fall 2010.

ahehehe! may lumabas na picture niya with her bf.. nakalagay "3 Months".. i think it was an anniversary pic nilang dalawa..

technically she got fired. yung mga fans niya na hardcore were petitioning the management to let her back in. ang ginawa ni ayaka is nagreapply as research student. she was brought back to being a regular last october or november 2009 sa Budokan concert and a few days later nagannounce sa stage nila na gagawin na siyang member ng Watarirouka Hashiritai.

si Oota Aika (Lovetan) na Watarirouka member lang ang medyo ayaw sa concept pero wala siya magagawa kasi it is a management decision. i think ever since balak nila isama si Ayaka kaso with the scandal, napilitan sila ilagay sa backburner ang plan na iyon.

that is why Yuki Kashiwagi (Yukirin) was made a front girl kapalit ni Ayaka kasi before it was Mayu Watanabe (Mayuyu) and si Ayaka ang front girls ng Team B. Meaning they get to be in every single launched to represent their team.

AKB48's previous single Sakura no Shiori sold 317,828 copies in its first week and became the highest-selling first week for a female single since Utada Hikaru's "COLORS" in 2003.

AKB48 has sold 354,403 copies of their latest single Ponytail to Chouchou in just one day. Ponytail to Chouchou also has become the highest first day sales of the 2010 oricon year so far passing the 232k Arashi sold with their single Troublemaker.

The AKB48 Interim Report! Not Much Time Left to Vote!


For AKB48's 17th single, fans are allowed to vote the top 21 girls in the "Dai 2 Kai Senbatsu Sousenkyo" and the results until now have been released on June 2nd. So far Maeda Atsuko is keeping her #1 position from the first V2 bulletin with a total of 20,966 votes now. Oshima Yuko ranks in the second spot, closely following behind with only a difference of about 1500 votes and 19465 votes in total. Rank 3 is Itano Tomomi and rand 4 belongs to Shinoda Mariko, each of them having gone up one position.

The deadline for the election is the 8th of June at three in the afternoon with the results presented at an event at JCB Hall on the 9th. The card to participate in the election was part of the 16th single release of "Ponytail to ShuShu", so make sure to get it until May eight and vote!

Damages sought against publisher over magazine report on AKB48


A management company for the popular all-girl pop group AKB48 and its president have filed a suit with the Tokyo District Court seeking damages for a weekly magazine article alleging that the president is having an improper relationship with one of its members, court documents showed Tuesday.

The company, AKS, and the president are demanding about 150 million yen in damages from Tokyo-based publisher Bungeishunju Ltd and an apology in its weekly magazine, Shukanbunshun, for damaging their reputation with the article.

In its Feb 18 edition, the weekly reported that the company president was having an improper relationship with an AKB48 member, according to the lawsuit. The AKS side has argued that the reports are baseless, have inflicted irreparable damage on the president and the group member, and have seriously affected the group’s activities.

Idol groups AKB48, SKE48 to perform in Macau


Two of Japan’s popular idol groups—AKB48 and SKE48—will be performing a live concert for the first time in Macao in November. SKE48 is a Nagoya-based sister unit of AKB48.

AKB48 member Atsuko Maeda said of the “AKB48 SKE48 Live in Asia” show: “It’s always been a dream to head out into Asia, so I’m really looking forward to it.”

the moment i was in front of sayaka, i wasted no time. i grabbed her hand, and greeted her tagalog "sayaka, magandang gabi (sayaka, good evening)", and at that moment she was able to say these in a span of 4 seconds or less:

Tomomi Itano of AKB48 shows off for her first solo commercial in a bikini and yukata. The commercial showcases a new swimsuit by Ito Yukado. The commercial for a ‘love swimsuit’ and a ‘love yukata’ began airing on June 12.

Tomomi was chosen out of four other members of AKB48 for the commercial. She was chosen because she’s the best looking among all the members of the group.

Apparently, one of the research members of AKB48, Ishiguro Atsuki, has a boyfriend, as a sticker photo has leaked all over the internet.



She did not make any comment on this yet, so it is not 100% that it’s her nor is there any verification as to when it was taken. However, the girl in the photo definitely looks like her.

On the sticker picture, she wrote…
“Will be together forever. We will get married!”

And fans have stated that the handwriting on the picture is similar to hers.

For AKB48, dating is a big taboo, and an ex-member was previously kicked out because she had a boyfriend.

What is going to happen to her after this? Will she have to “graduate” from AKB48?
Let’s just keep an eye on her for now.

Yumachi & Aina assemble Shibuya gal group

The latest attempt to reproduce the success of idol group AKB48 is a new unit called Shibuya GAL'S. The unit is being produced and led by the gal (gyaru) duo Yumachi & Aina, and naturally it is being described as the "Shibuya gal version of AKB48."

Yumachi & Aina consists of Yuma Takahashi (21) and Aina Tanaka (21), who both model for the fashion magazine Egg. After topping the Recochoku club music charts last year, they made their major label debut earlier this year and are releasing their debut album "QUEEN" this week.

They began holding auditions for Shibuya GAL'S last month, aiming to create a large-scale unit like AKB48. They received applications from 4,000 girls across the country. On Monday, they selected 22 of the contestants, ranging in age from 14 to 20. Adding Yumachi and Aina themselves, the group has a total of 24 members.

Shibuya GAL'S will release their first digital single on August 4, titled "Ouenka! Agepoyo~." In addition to their music, the group will be active as fashion models. Yumachi & Aina reportedly aim to expand the group to 48 members this fall.

Ishiguro Atsuki withdraws from AKB48!


Remember AKB48 member, Ishiguro Atsuki’s leaked sticker picture with her boyfriend?

Well, due to this scandal, Ishiguro Atsuki’s withdrawal from AKB48 was announced on June 22nd.

On their official site, she posted a comment saying, “Thank you for supporting me, even though it was a very short time. Now, I’m full of gratitude.”

We don’t know if she’ll stay in the entertainment industry yet, but let’s wish her the best of luck.

But she is not the first one to withdraw from AKB48 because of a boyfriend scandal.

Shocking News: Ex-AKB48 Member Going For JAV

Ex-AKB48 founding member Rina Nakanishi who graduated late 2008, will go full nude in an unnamed magazine. Sample shots have been taken of the undistributed magazine and have been posted online. :eek:

She is now confirmed to have filmed 2 AVs already under the JAV production AliceJapan. Though fans are definitely in shock because of they never expected Rina to do it. She is one of the more talented founding members of AKB48 and was part of the now-defunct unit of AKB48 "Chocolove" with Sayaka Akimoto and Sae Miyazawa.

AKB48's latest album to be released in the US

Los Angeles, CA- June 24, 2010- AKB48 has arrived in America! This 48 all girl supergroup is breaking all boundaries on their arrival into California. Reaching new levels of popularity in their home country of Japan, AKB48 is expanding globally.

Three AKB48 members team up for French Kiss


Three AKB48 members - Yuki Kashiwagi (18), Aki Takajo (18), and Asuka Kuramochi (20) - are forming a new unit called French Kiss. Their debut single, titled "Zutto Mae Kara," will be released this fall through record label Avex.

"Zutto Mae Kara" will be used as the new ending theme of the ongoing "Major" anime series, beginning with the July 3 episode. That same day, the song will begin digital distribution through various music sites.

AKB48 gets TV show for a month


16 popular members of idol group AKB48 will be the focus of a new show on NTV planned to run until the end of this month. Titled "AKB600sec.," the show will air on Mondays through Thursday at 1:29am at night, starting on July 5 and ending on July 29.

As the title suggests, the show is ten minutes long, with each of the 16 episodes focusing on a different member of AKB48. Each subject is followed by camera for a single day, offering a glimpse into her daily life. The 16 members to be featured have not yet been announced.

Although each episode is edited down to only 10 minutes, 90-minute versions will be sold on MicroSD cards through the NTV Web shop on the same day the episode airs.

AKB48 member Kojima Haruna, tweeted the word “Tegoshi” on her twitter. Although she deleted it right away, her 45,000 followers are overflowing with curiosity.

The reason why people are going crazy over this tweet, is because there was a rumor before that Haruna was dating Tegoshi Yuya (NEWS). There are many threads about it on 2 channel (Japan’s biggest internet forum), and people are trying to decode what the tweet meant. Some people assume that Haruna is admitting to the rumor about dating Tegoshi Yuya.

Haruna has not said anything about the tweet yet.

At her concert today, Kojima Haruna replied to the ridiculous questions regarding her extremely specific and incriminating tweet, which contained Tegoshi's name - and nothing else. She explained that she was trying to reply to a friend, but got it wrong. The friend's tweet said that Tegoshi's new CM is cool.

Anyone who has seen Tegoshi's new CM would know that they were probably making fun of him but cannot admit it.

The great mass of human intelligence that is 2ch has mostly agreed that there is no truth to the rumor; some have even thrown out her explanation and have decided that Kojima was searching for Tegoshi's name on Twitter for the lulz, just to see if anyone was discussing her in conjunction with him due to the recent rumors.

In the new music video for AKB48's new single "Anata ga itekuretakara", the group members all show their tear stained faces. This MV is included in their best of album "SET LIST ~ Greatest Songs ~ Complete Edition", which features the early works, showing 60% unreleased video footage.
